Luxury real estate agency Higuerón Real Estate has unveiled South Residences, a new project of 164 branded residences on the Costa del Sol, specifically in Fuengirola (Málaga). An investment of €80 million has been made in this development, and the project has been built on a surface area of 29,000 m2.
South Residences – First Phase
The first phase of the project, representing 140 of the total homes, is now ready and will be delivered this May, with prices ranging from €400,000 to €2.2 million.
In this first phase, three buildings have been built: one with 71 homes, another with 33, and a third with 36. All of these homes include storage rooms and parking.
Second Phase
The second phase will comprise the remaining 24 homes, each of which will have a storage room and two parking spaces, as well as a communal pool. It’s worth noting that all of these luxury homes will have two or three bedrooms.
South Residences Higuerón Real Estate
The design of this residential development is inspired by an avant-garde style and uses sustainable materials such as Corten steel, stone, and wood. Furthermore, the homes are numbered like hotel rooms, allowing you to enjoy the most exclusive services of a resort.
